Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Each order includes our custom envelope with more information about cookie care and is the perfect space to add your gift message or custom branded cards.
Each order will arrive 1-2 days after the ship date via UPS. We will work with you to decide on a ship date and potentially multiple dates, depending on order size.
When possible, please allow a 4 week notice for orders of over 50 recipients. However, we know you can't always plan ahead and we will do everything we can to accomodate your order!
We do not offer custom boxes at this time. However, if your company is interested in a fully custom box with your branding, we'd be happy to discuss what it would take to accomodate this.
